Check In Times/Minimum Stay
Check in is between 15.00 & 19.00 unless by prior arrangement.
2 Night minimum stay between 1st March and 30th April and 1st-31st October.
3 Night minimum stay between 1st May and 30th September.
Check Out Time
Check out is by 10am
Tariffs
Single Room with En suite from £65.00
Double or Twin with En suite from £78.00

Seaview with En suite from £100.00

All prices include breakfast.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled 7 days before arrival date free of charge.
If bookings are cancelled within less than one weeks notice, then the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If your visit is cut short for any reason you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Car Parking
Awel Mor does not have a private car park. However there is plenty of free car parking outside the property and along the sea front on both sides of Marine Terrace.
Pet & Smoking Policy
We do not accept pets at Awel Mor
We are a NON smoking establishment, if you smoke on the premises you will be charged £200
Children Policy
We do not accomodate children Five years old or younger.
Access Statement
Awel Mor is a victorian property which is sea facing.
Leading into the property there is one small step onto a small patio area, there is another small step leading upto the porch.
The bedrooms are stituated on the first, second & third floor. We do not have a lift.
There are 16 steps upto the first floor.

All bedrooms have a walk in shower apart from the comfort double with seaview on the 1st floor which has bath with built in shower.
