Covid - 19

Awel Mor would like to reassure all guests that during this current Covid-19 pandemic, that we have completed a risk assessment and new procedures have been put in place to help keep all guests and staff safe, which is our priority.

If you have booked in with Awel Mor and are feeling unwell, please do not travel and follow the government guidelines.

Check in:

We have now implemented staggered check in times.

Payment will be taken on arrival.

Keys will be in your room door. Once in your room you will be required to fill out the registration form


Breakfast is served from 8am. Guests will be asked to fill in a pre-order form the night before where we will confirm your breakfast time, Currently we offer two options.  Either, you can have:

  - . a cooked/continental breakfast in the dining room, or 

  -   a continental breakfast to your room.

Social Distancing:

During your stay please keep 2 meters apart from other guests. Only paying guests are permitted onsite as per Welsh government guidelines.


Our cleaning will continue to remain at our high standards, new procedures have been implemented to clean as per government guidelines. We will provide hand sanitizer in the entrance hall and on all other floors. In all bedrooms we have provided anti-bacterial soap and hand washing guidelines.

Room Servicing:

To protect the guests and staff we will not be refreshing the rooms on a daily basis. If you require fresh towels or a top up of condiments you can contact us and we will be happy to drop them off outside your bedroom door.

Check Out:

We would kindly ask our guests to leave the window open and leave the key in the door.

Covid-19 Symptoms

If you believe you have developed symptoms of Covid-19 whilst visiting Awel Mor you must inform a member of staff immediately and follow the UK government guidance. If this does arise we will straight away inform the remaining guests and implement the current government guidance.
